Commercial Property Solicitor (Development)

The Role

An ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career is sough after to join this highly respected law firm. As the chosen Commercial Property Solicitor you will be joining a forward-thinking and highly respected regional law firm in Suffolk and dealing with an impressive portfolio of regional and national developers, landowners and investors. The role will be varied and include quality development work including acquisitions and disposals, option and promotion agreements, commercial leases and strategic land projects.

The Candidate

You will around 3+ years PQE in dealing with a variety of commercial property matters within a focus on development matters. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail and possess the ability to build strong client relationships. In addition you will have a proactive, motivated approach and the desire to grow within a successful team.
