  • Advise charitable organisations on commercial property matters.
  • Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and other property-related agreements.
  • Handle property acquisitions, disposals, and lease renewals.
  • Provide guidance on landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third-party professionals effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the wider legal team in achieving department objectives.
Profile
  • Qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify), with up to 5 years' PQE in commercial property
  • Experience advising charities or not-for-profits is welcome but not essential
  • Strong technical grounding in property law and a genuine interest in the sector
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
