Qualifications

• 2–5 years' Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in commercial property.
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 100 matters with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage development matters including site acquisitions.
• Handle sales, purchases, and leases of commercial property.
• Conduct non-contentious landlord and tenant work.
• Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and agreements.
• Manage property finance and development transactions.
• Conduct title investigations and due diligence.
