Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £Competitive (DOE). Job Ref: 0972.

The Role

• Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant matters, and property finance.
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy while contributing to larger, complex transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the growth of the department.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience across a broad range of real estate matters.
