Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, South Wales, £45,000+ (DOE) – Due to expansion, this regional practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to undertake a varied caseload of commercial property matters. JOB REF: TL1789

Responsibilities
  • Handle a varied real estate caseload including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements.
  • Manage your own caseload and play an active role in assisting to grow and develop the team further.
Qualifications
  • Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
