Role Overview:

The Commercial Property sector is a key growth area. You must be capable of handling a broad range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain skills and experience and contribute to the development of a long-established, forward-thinking, and expanding firm. The role requires commercial awareness and a client-first approach. Additionally, active participation in marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities is expected.

Requirements:
  • Approximately 3 years PQE
  • Proven experience in all aspects of commercial property law, including buying, selling, and leasing
  • Ability to advise clients on various commercial property matters, handling complex agreements
  • Good knowledge of property law and landlord and tenant law
  • Track record of building strong client relationships
  • Enthusiastic with a good balance of technical skills and commercial awareness
  • Ambitious, dynamic, with excellent communication skills
