We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–8 PQE) to join a well-established East London firm with a nationwide reputation for client-focused service. The role involves handling high-value commercial and residential property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and investment deals. You will advise landlords, tenants, and developers, draft and negotiate contracts, and collaborate with planning, construction, and corporate teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2–8 years PQE in Commercial Property
  • Experience with complex, high-value real estate transactions
  • Knowledge of freehold, leasehold, development, and landlord & tenant law
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Commercially minded and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience with major developments and large property portfolios
  • Exposure to planning, construction, or financing aspects of property
