Over recent years the commercial property department has seen significant growth and seeks to capitalize on this by recruiting a knowledgeable and talented Commercial Property Solicitor. The role will require the solicitor to provide advice on the full remit of commercial property law, including leases, commercial developments, freehold and leasehold commercial properties, acquisitions and disposals. Ideal candidates will also be able to advise on high‑value residential transactions.
The department is looking for an additional Commercial Property Lawyer who can hit the ground running with their own caseload of files. Covering a diverse client base, you will advise commercial landlords, tenants, developers, and businesses on all types of real estate transactions.
