About the Role

The firm are seeking a confident, proactive commercial property lawyer to join their successful team. You will provide legal and practical advice and assistance to clients on all aspects of commercial property and ancillary property matters. This will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, commercial leases, portfolio management, property development, options and site development, planning, commercial finance and sale and acquisitions of freehold land and buildings.

Candidate Requirements

• 5–10 years of solid, proven experience in handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team, achieving set targets, staying up to date with legal developments, supporting the firm’s Business Plan.
• Actively engaging in marketing activities.
