We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to advise clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including general sales and purchases of commercial property, secured lending, commercial leases and development work.

This is a new senior role reporting directly to the Partners with extensive opportunity to build experience and client following in undertaking varied and complex work within a supportive and expanding commercial property department.

  • Negotiating commercial leases and advising on related landlord / tenant issues;
  • Advising on development transactions including options and promotions, Section 106 Agreements and solar / battery storage agreements;
  • Liaising with clients, clients’ agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers’ solicitors, internal depts and any others as necessary;
  • Handle client billing and ensure all billing is accurate and timely.
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in a Commercial Property position;
  • Prior experience in commercial property practice is a necessity;
  • Proactive with commercial and financial awareness;
