Job summary

Impression Recruitment is seeking an experienced Paralegal – Commercial Property in Skipton to support Fee Earners across a varied caseload, progressing matters from instruction to completion in a busy legal firm.

You will handle client communication, document preparation, property searches, and file management, contributing to accurate matter administration while developing knowledge in commercial property transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paralegal in a legal environment, ideally Commercial Property.
• Strong understanding of property transactions and related processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fee Earners with the management and progression of a varied Commercial Property caseload.
• Monitor key actions and ensure deadlines are met; progress client matters through instruction to completion.
• Prepare and maintain legal files, documentation and correspondence throughout each matter lifecycle.
