Commercial Property Manager

East London | £30k | Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days will look the same. You’ll be at the heart of our commercial property operations, making sure tenants are supported, buildings are well cared for, and our assets continue to shine. You’ll collaborate with friendly colleagues and trusted partners to keep everything running smoothly.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Keep lease and tenancy details in great shape.
• Work closely with agents, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and brokers.
• Lead the charge on maintenance, repairs, inspections, and compliance.
• Support tenants with applications, licences, and queries while helping manage rent arrears.
• Lend a hand with service charge budgets and financial reporting.
• Contribute ideas and insight to portfolio performance and strategy.
• Ensure records and systems are accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of commercial property experience.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, clear communication skills.
• A driving licence is a bonus, not a must.
• RICS qualification is lovely to have, but not essential.
