Commercial Property Legal Assistant – Hereford

A well-established Commercial Property Team, recognised by Chambers UK and The Legal 500, is seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to join its growing department.

The team is known throughout the region for providing a friendly, professional and client-focused service, with offices across rural Shropshire, Herefordshire and North Wales.

The Role

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work alongside specialists within the Commercial and Agricultural Property Department, contributing to a wide range of property matters as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking legal services team.

The Role responsibilities include

  • Providing administrative and legal support to solicitors within the Commercial Property Team
  • Preparing, reviewing and managing legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate electronic files and ensuring efficient case management
  • Liaising with clients, agents and other professionals in a professional and confidential manner
  • Demonstrating initiative, organisation and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service
About You

You will:

  • Have experience working within a commercial property or agricultural property team, ideally in a law firm
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, including the use of tracked changes
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills
  • Be familiar with electronic document management and case management systems (advantageous but not essential)
