A highly regarded law firm in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid experience in commercial property law who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

As a key member of the Commercial Property department, you will support fee-earners with a varied and interesting caseload, including:

  • Assisting with commercial leases, sales, purchases, refinancing, and landlord/tenant matters
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting searches, managing Land Registry applications, and handling post-completion work
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and third parties
  • Maintaining accurate case management and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
