Commercial Property Lawyer - Bristol

A Legal 500 and award-winning firm in central Bristol is looking for a skilled and driven Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking firm, advising a diverse range of clients across Bristol and beyond. You'll handle a broad mix of commercial property matters and play a key role in expanding the firm's offering.

The Role
  • Handling sales, purchases, leases, refinancing, and development deals
  • Advising on landlord/tenant issues, lease renewals, and licensing
  • Supporting corporate transactions with property input
  • Managing support staff and maintaining financial control
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Building relationships with clients and the local business community
  • Attending networking events and driving business development
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or FCILEx with 5+ years’ experience in commercial property
  • Strong people management and organisational skills
  • Confident networker with local connections preferred
  • Comfortable with legal tech and new systems
