Commercial law firm in Jersey is seeking to recruit an England & Wales/Jersey/Commonwealth-qualified Commercial Property lawyer of 4 or more years’ PQE. The successful candidate would become part of a busy, client-focused team whilst contributing to the future of this practice area, under the guidance of the Head of Property.

• Taking ownership of managing commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
• Supporting residential property matters and contributing to property litigation and corporate support
• Supervising junior staff and conveyancers
• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship growth
• Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and external brand-building activities

The successful candidate will have strong drafting and communication skills, as well as a collaborative and supportive attitude, enjoying teamwork in a busy environment. You will also be a proactive, tech-savvy team player with a commercial mindset.
