Job summary

Elite Personnel is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer for a North Birmingham-based law firm. The ideal solicitor will manage a varied caseload for landlords, tenants, developers and investors, and contribute to business development.

The role requires 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. A supportive team and market-competitive benefits are offered.

We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm based in North Birmingham who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious legal environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters for a broad client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. You'll also play a key role in helping to develop client relationships and contribute to the team's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
