Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join our Commercial Department specialising in Commercial Property law. We are currently expanding our team, which is comprised of lawyers of different experience and a broad range of specialisms. While general Commercial Property law knowledge and expertise is what we are primarily seeking, we would be very open to a candidate who can bring specialist knowledge to the team.

This is a non-litigious team, dealing purely with work of a transactional or commercial nature. Our team works from several offices, and the role provides flexibility for working from home to allow for a good work/life balance.

Role and responsibilities
  • Join a Commercial Property team focused on transactional or commercial work (non-litigious).
  • Bring general Commercial Property knowledge with potential specialist knowledge to the team.
  • Work from multiple offices with flexibility for home-working to support work/life balance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealing promptly with enquiries and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and other team members and manage files independently.
Qualifications and requirements
  • 3 years PQE and above.
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Confidence in skills with demonstrable ability to manage files independently.
