COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 2+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, WEST YORKSHIRE/ HYBRID, c.£42,000 DOE, QUALIFIED SOLICITOR OR PARALEGAL.

Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, the firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their team. JOB REF: 0940

  • You will advise on a full range of commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base and delivering excellent client care.
  • The appointed fee earner will work closely with the partner to help drive growth within the department, contributing to the development of the practice as the team expands.
  • Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in commercial property fee earning, able to manage their own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision.
  • The firm is open to qualified solicitors and experienced paraleg for this role.
  • The role offers a competitive salary, five weeks of annual holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid and flexible working arrangements, a progression and development programme for all team members, and wellbeing initiatives including a healthcare cash plan.
