Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is assisting a Kent-based law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE. The role covers a broad spectrum of commercial property work for high-net-worth clients, from planning contracts to leases and development support.

You will manage your own files in a hybrid setup, joining a well-established team and supporting partners in a busy private property practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
• Experience handling commercial property transactions for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Contracts subject to planning.
• Sales and purchases of commercial property.
• Asset sales and purchases.
• Overage agreements and option agreements.
• Commercial lending transactions.
• Commercial leases, including grants and assignments.
• Supporting the team's property development work.
• Managing your own transactions from instruction through to completion.
