The nature of this role will appeal to solicitor or CiLEX with 1-4 yrs’ PQE.

Typical instructions include:
• Sale & Purchase of business premises.
• Leasehold - acting for both landlords and commercial tenants
• Investment properties
• Corporate support and restructuring related transactions.
