Job Description

The Commercial Pricing Lead will work across both public and private sector opportunities, offering expert commercial input during proposal development, client negotiations, and contract mobilisation.

By creating robust, profitable agreements and fostering strong client relationships, the role will directly support our operational teams in delivering exceptional service and outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial expertise on strategic bids and key opportunities.
  • Ensure contracts are profitable both in the short and long term.
  • Lead significant and complex client negotiations.
  • Develop and implement winning commercial and pricing strategies.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Commercial Team.
  • Act as a conduit into key specialist functions within ISS UK and globally.
  • Instil commercial governance across the sales function and contract lifecycle, promoting best practice.
  • Support resolution of complex contractual issues, including disputes, claims, and extensions.
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Facilities Management (hard and soft FM), including both public and private sector sales.
  • Demonstrable experience on Hestia Contracts and Soft FM for the MOD.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, P&Ls, cashflows, and commercial modelling.
  • Proven track record in leading successful commercial teams.
  • Experience with complex commercial pricing models, performance mechanisms, and contract law.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at board level.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with dynamic problem‑solving skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and innovative approach, with flexibility to travel across the UK.
  • Full UK driving license.
