Job summary

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Commercial Plumber to deliver planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, repairs and installations on commercial plumbing, water, drainage and heating systems across diverse properties.

You will respond to service calls, diagnose faults, carry out maintenance, install systems and manage water hygiene tasks, while ensuring high standards of safety and customer service. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber.
• Experience in installing, maintaining and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
• Fault-finding and diagnosing plumbing system failures.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive maintenance and plumbing service calls.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance on commercial systems.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to water services and drainage.
• Install and replace commercial plumbing components.
• Maintain hot and cold-water systems and pumps.
• Conduct water hygiene tasks and monitor temperatures.
• Complete service reports and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with customers and provide technical advice.
• Work safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
• Participate in call-out rota and maintain equipment.
