Job summary

JLL in London is looking for a qualified Plumber to deliver comprehensive plumbing services across JLL-managed commercial properties. You will maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems with a focus on minimal disruption to building operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintenance of water, drainage, fixtures; emergency response; tenant fit-outs and upgrades; adherence to codes and safety; and clear documentation for warranty and future maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
• City & Guilds certification in plumbing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial plumbing.
• Valid UK driving license and CSCS card with health and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hot and cold water supply systems, drainage networks, and sanitary installations across commercial facilities.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and diagnose problems to minimize damage.
• Install, service and replace fixtures; upgrade infrastructure and coordinate with other trades.
• Ensure work complies with building codes and safety regulations; document materials and conditions.
• Communicate with occupants and clients regarding issues and maintenance timelines.
