Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking a skilled Plumber to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services across commercial properties. This full-time role involves carrying out both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2/3 Plumbing Qualification and experience in mechanical building services. A full UK driving licence is necessary as travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical building services maintenance, including fault finding, routine maintenance, and installation work.
• Strong background in Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Proven track record within Facilities Management or commercial property environments.
• Full UK driving licence (travel required).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance for commercial plumbing systems.
• Maintain complex plumbing systems including washers and steam cleaning devices.
• Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems in compliance with local codes.
