Montcalm Collection seeks a Commercial Performance & Analytics Manager to deliver business intelligence, performance analysis and strategic reporting across the Group. You will transform complex operational, financial, revenue and guest data into insights to drive commercial performance and growth.

The Commercial Performance & Analytics Manageris responsible for providing business intelligence, performance analysis and strategic reporting across the Group. The role supports decision-making by transforming complex operational, financial, revenue and guest data into meaningful insights that drive commercial performance and business growth. The role works closely with Revenue Management, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and People & Culture teams to analyse trends, identify opportunities and risks, and support strategic planning. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards and executive-level business reviews. The Commercial Analytics Manager acts as the central source of business intelligence for the Group, ensuring leadership teams have accurate, timely and actionable information to support operational and commercial decisions.
