Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in commercial law.
• Currently operating at Partner level or seeking Partnership.
• Strong background advising on commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing or IP matters.
• Proven track record of winning work and developing long-term client relationships.
• Existing client following or strong business development credentials advantageous.
• Commercially minded with excellent technical and strategic advisory skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring junior lawyers.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with the desire to help grow a leading Commercial practice.
