Job description
About the job

Red Tiger Marketing is a specialist organisation dedicated to driving sustainable value growth for sports teams, leagues, and related industries. We adopt a performance-based approach both on and off the pitch, leveraging data, research, and technology to develop and implement growth strategies that provide our clients with a competitive edge.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Commercial Operations Executive to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences for clients and partners.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial and client servicing teams by managing our gifting programme, enhancing our meeting and presentation experiences, and overseeing the planning and execution of Red Tiger events, working across top tier rights holders globally.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in marketing, partnerships, or brand delivery – ideally with agency experience – who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities
Management of Gifting Programme
  • Lead the end‑to‑end development and execution of a strategic, year‑round gifting programme across all clients and partners.
  • Create and maintain a detailed gifting calendar aligned with key dates, campaigns, and client milestones.
  • Source, design, and produce bespoke branded gifts – from initial concept through to packaging, production, and delivery.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers across merchandise, print, and packaging.
  • Oversee inventory, fulfilment, and logistics to ensure timely and seamless delivery of all gifts.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of gifting initiatives.
Meeting & Presentation Experience
  • Elevate the Red Tiger brand experience in all client‑facing meetings and presentations.
  • Source and manage printed materials, branded items, backdrops, and presentation tools.
  • Coordinate the setup and styling of meeting rooms and event spaces to reflect our brand identity.
  • Develop scalable processes and toolkits to ensure consistency across all client touch‑points.
In‑Person Events
  • Own the planning and execution of Red Tiger‑hosted events, from intimate client gatherings to larger showcase experiences.
  • Manage event calendars, guest lists, RSVPs, and on‑the‑day logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling at every event.
  • Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and partners to deliver high‑quality experiences.
  • Track event performance and gather feedback to inform future planning.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing, partnerships, brand delivery, or events.
  • Background in sport is a bonus, but not essential.
  • A natural do‑er: proactive, solutions‑focused, and thrives on getting things done.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a flair for brand storytelling and experience design.
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits
  • A Competitive Salary DOE: We offer a salary that reflects your experience and expertise, ensuring you are rewarded for your skills and contributions to the company.
  • An Industry‑Leading Bonus Structure: Our bonus structure is designed to reward high performance and drive, providing you with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your success.
  • 25 Days Holiday Plus Extras: Enjoy a generous holiday allowance to ensure you have a healthy work‑life balance and ample time to recharge, including Bank Holidays and closure over Christmas.
