Proclinical is seeking a Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner to support commercial and operational functions by managing administrative tasks, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing customer experiences. This role involves planning, scheduling, data management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage repeatable tasks and ad‑hoc requests, ensuring effective prioritization and time management.
  • Perform daily administrative duties, including running reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Review and verify documents and data for consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support for customer contracts to meet deliverables.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve queries from internal and external customers promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and delegation of authority guidelines.
