Are you a driven Commercial Insurance professional with a passion for winning new business and building lasting client relationships? We're working with a highly regarded brokerage in Orpington that's looking for an experienced Commercial New Business Executive to join their growing team. You'll be responsible for converting inbound and warm leads, developing new opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to a wide range of commercial clients. The Role
  • Handle all types of commercial new business enquiries and leads.
  • Liaise with clients and insurers to identify needs and provide competitive cover.
  • Convert new business opportunities in line with (or exceeding) targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to maximise conversion rates.
  • Research sectors and proactively build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage your workflow effectively and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Attend and host client meetings when required.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance new business (broker or sales background).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Confident in identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • Familiarity with Acturis or other broking systems (advantageous).
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
