Job summary

NRG Resourcing is recruiting a Commercial Mortgage Broker to join a growing brokerage in the UK. You will manage a steady stream of enquiries across Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Buy-to-Let and Owner-Occupied lending, advising clients and structuring lending proposals to progress deals efficiently.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker or related field.
• Experience with Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Specialist Property Finance.
• Strong understanding of lender criteria and deal structuring.

• Advise clients on Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Loans, Development Finance and Buy-to-Let finance.
• Structure lending solutions from enquiry through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, solicitors, valuers and introducers.

Are you an experienced Commercial Mortgage Broker looking for a brokerage that provides a consistent flow of quality leads, supports your success and gives you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial finance transactions?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing commercial finance brokerage with an outstanding reputation for client service, transparency and specialist lending expertise. Due to continued growth and increasing lead volumes, they are looking to appoint experienced Commercial Mortgage Brokers to join their team.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established independent commercial finance brokerage specialising in Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Specialist Property Finance.

The business invests heavily in technology and is introducing AI-powered systems to reduce administration, improve efficiency and allow brokers to spend more time advising clients and progressing deals.

About the Role

As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you'll manage a steady stream of qualified enquiries across Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Buy-to-Let and Owner-Occupied lending.

You'll advise clients on funding solutions, structure lending proposals, identify the most appropriate lenders and manage each case through to successful completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Loans, Development Finance and Buy-to-Let finance.
• Structure lending solutions from enquiry through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, solicitors, valuers and introducers.
• Present suitable lender options in line with Consumer Duty requirements.
• Manage the full sales process while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maximise conversion of company-generated enquiries.
• Develop your own introducer relationships and additional business opportunities.

Package

• £40,000 - £60,000 basic salary Plus Commission
• High volume of qualified company-generated leads
• 50% commission on self-generated business

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker, Commercial Finance Broker or Specialist Finance Broker.
• Experience of Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Specialist Property Finance.
• Excellent understanding of lender criteria across the commercial lending market.
• Ability to structure and package a wide range of commercial lending cases.
• Commercially minded with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes.
• Experience generating your own business would be advantageous but is not essential.
