Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile Commercial Plumber to perform planned and reactive maintenance for commercial facilities around London and the M25. The role carries a salary up to £50,000 with a comprehensive package and opportunities for progression.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in commercial building maintenance, City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing, and full driving license, with additional gas tickets advantageous.

Qualifications

• Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
• Full driver’s licence
• Domestic or Commercial Gas tickets (Advantageous but not required)
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial pipework installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Undertake press-fit pipework and soldering.
• Remove and replace calorifiers and water heaters.
• Maintain, repair and replace pumps.
• Maintain and service pressurisation units.
• Carry out fault-finding and repairs on commercial water systems.

Mobile Commercial Plumber – FM Service Provider – London/M25 – Up to £50,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in and around London & the M25. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing in facilities maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
