What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver ambitious commercial goals: Own and beat revenue targets across both B2B (schools) and B2C (direct-to-parent spend).
  • Create copy that sells: From sharp social short form to persuasive long form, your words will grab attention and turn it into action.
  • Demonstrate channel mastery: Create, test and scale high impact campaigns aimed at parents and teachers across TikTok, Instagram and whatever comes next.
  • Influence and impact our market: Tailor messages that resonate with teachers one moment and parents the next.
  • Innovate constantly: Testing, tweaking, breaking rules and discovering new ways to stand out.

  • Proven experience building multi-channel campaigns that convert, especially across TikTok, Instagram and paid digital.

  • Someone who understands both B2B (schools) and B2C (parents) and knows how to grab their attention.
  • Fearless at trying new ideas – comfortable with testing bold concepts and finding unexpected ways to cut through the noise and drive growth.
