Job summary

A leading window solutions provider in Telford is seeking a Commercial Marketing Executive to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. This hybrid role involves creating activity plans, managing collateral, and leading marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial or industrial setting, ensuring effective communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing and/or specification background.
  • Experience working with technical or industrial products.

  • Develop, own and execute the Specification marketing strategy.
  • Create and manage all Specification collateral.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Organise and support shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools.

JOB TITLE: Commercial Marketing Executive

SITE LOCATION: Telford / Hybrid

HOURS: Monday – Friday : 8.30am - 5.00pm

REPORTS TO: Head of Marketing / Head of Commercial

Key Accountabilities

Develop, own and execute the Specification marketing strategy for Epwin Window Systems, aligning with our Specification Sales Team and overall business objectives.

  • Create activity plans to support Specification Sales Team objectives and provide regular updates on performance
  • Manage the Approved Commercial Partner Scheme, create and deliver a value proposition that its members see added value in. Identify and target opportunities to grow the scheme membership, and extend products and services to increase appeal
  • Create and manage all Specification collateral, both print and online, and ensure content is correct and up to date.

Manage specification platforms and provide Specification Sales Team with leads

  • Create KPIs for measuring success in your role and report them monthly
  • Organise and attend relevant events
  • Support Specification Sales Team as and where necessary
Key Experiences and Skills Required
CRM Management
  • Manage, record, assign and track specification leads via CRM platform
Campaign Coordination
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Content & Communications
  • Create and manage content for brochures, websites, email newsletters, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Event Management
  • Organise and support shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis.
Sales Support
  • Collaborate with the Specification Sales Team to develop relevant marketing collateral and tools.
  • Communicate campaign objectives and provide materials to support lead generation.
Reporting & Metrics
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing and / or specification background
