Job summary

CPC Project Services Ltd in the UK seeks Commercial Manager – Transport & Infrastructure to drive cost and contract management across major transport and infrastructure projects. You will join CPC’s Commercial Services Division within the Transport and Infrastructure Business Unit.

Ideal candidates have experience in commercial management within rail, NEC/NR contracts, and proven ability to deliver monthly cost reporting, cash flow and forecasting, with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management teams.
• Rail sector pre/post-contract experience.
• NEC & NR forms of contract experience.
• Cost management including monthly reporting, cash flow control, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes.
• Experience implementing contract administration processes and reporting systems.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work independently.
• Ability to operate in embedded delivery teams on fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost and contract management across transport and infrastructure projects.
• Join CPC’s Commercial Services Division within the Transport and Infrastructure Business Unit as Commercial Manager.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimise commercial outputs.
