Qualifications

• Significant offshore geotechnical industry experience is essential.
• Experience with offshore geotechnical drilling and seabed investigations.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, geotechnical reporting and ground modelling.
• Proven experience developing commercial strategies, pricing recommendations and margin targets.
• Strong understanding of offshore contracting models, contractual frameworks and risk allocation.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into commercially competitive and profitable bids.
• Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and submission of major tenders and opportunities.
• Develop bid strategies, commercial positioning and pricing recommendations.
• Conduct bid/no-bid assessments and provide management recommendations.
• Establish pricing strategies and margin targets for approval.
• Prepare and review commercial proposals and contractual deviations.
• Lead commercial reviews of client ITTs, contracts and framework agreements.
