Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within property services, maintenance, or construction.
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with ability to analyze data.
• Experience managing a small commercial team and developing staff capability.
• Effective communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Leading all commercial activities across multiple contracts.
• Managing cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Overseeing and mentoring Quantity Surveyors.
• Preparing cost forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Supporting bid processes with commercial input.
• Collaborating with operations and finance teams.
