A leading AV services company is looking for a Commercial Manager for Major Projects in the Sunbury-on-Thames area. The successful candidate will manage commercial governance across large-scale AV projects, focusing on change management, cost control, and compliance. The Commercial Manager within Yorktel-Kinly's Major Projects team is responsible for supporting the successful commercial delivery of large-scale AV projects, including those delivered under JCT contracts and Main Contractor-led programmes. This role ensures robust commercial governance across all phases of the project lifecycle, with a focus on change management, monthly valuations, cost control, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Working closely with the Major Projects PMO Lead and Senior Project Managers within the major projects team, the Commercial Manager will act as the key point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely invoicing, effective management of variations and change orders in close coordination with the team and final account negotiation. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and support project success.
