The Opportunity

As Commercial Manager – Civil, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of a diverse portfolio within the organisation’s civilian helicopter division. From initial sales through to maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), you’ll oversee the complete contract lifecycle — ensuring every project is delivered profitably, compliantly, and to world-class standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the negotiation, execution, and management of complex, high-value contracts.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for key customers, managing changes and amendments with precision.
• Collaborate across Sales, Production, Finance, and Engineering to deliver commercially successful outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks while ensuring full compliance and profitability across projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a commercial, contracts, or business management role, ideally in aerospace or another complex engineering environment.
• Strong financial and business acumen — you know how to build, analyse, and protect value.
• A track record of leading complex negotiations and managing multimillion-pound contracts.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree-qualified in Business, Law, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
