Due to growth, we have the opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our team. Our Commercial Managers take ownership of ensuring that the group commercial strategy is implemented within their relevant business unit, they build strong relationships within their business and with customers to help us deliver safe, good quality, profitable services. They act as the conduit between operations and finance, mitigating risks and driving performance wherever possible.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar commercial or financial role, ideally within a multi‑divisional organisation. Strong negotiation skills, a clear understanding of the between cashflow and revenue, and practical ideas for improving both are essential. Up‑to‑date knowledge of contractual law and commercial practice is desirable, though a willingness to learn is equally valued.
