Job summary

Gleeds is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team in Bridgwater. This role involves managing commercial and contractual aspects of major energy infrastructure projects, ensuring effective contract administration and risk management. Ideal candidates will have qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related fields, as well as experience in cost management within the construction sector. Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction environment or engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience within Cost Management in Nuclear / Civil engineering.
• Professional qualifications or memberships are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing contracts under NEC3 Options A, C, and E.
• Preparing monthly commercial reports and updating project risk registers.
• Carrying out contract administration duties including valuations and payment certifications.
