Location: Birmingham (No Hybrid working)

We are looking for a full time Commercial Manager for a contract role based in Birmingham working with a well established rail company. Please apply with an up to date CV to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial expertise and clear guidance on NEC contract requirements and documentation.
• Manage the client change control account up to and including final account.
• Manage the recording of progress and delays, change management and keep relevant contemporaneous records.
• Produce and issue target cost client application for payments in line with contract requirements and aligned with programme Earned Value.
