The role

Provide commercial partnering and support to Regional Directors (RDs) and their operational teams through insight, guidance and challenge to ensure business delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner RDs and their operational teams, providing commercial rigour to the business through guidance, support and challenge
  • Present key performance messages at RD meetings
  • Work in partnership with the Contract Manager and operational teams to facilitate successful outcomes across the Operations Director region’s block contracts
  • Provide insightful analysis and opinion to support key business decisions
  • Identify performance risks and opportunities, support planning and delivery of either mitigation/recovery or realisation across RD regions
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activity for RD regions
  • Drive business performance through the continuing commercial guidance and coaching of operational teams
  • Seek to identify and facilitate operational adoption of best practice/benchmarking
