Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management processes.
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously in sectors such as fit-out, refurbishment, healthcare, or education.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent professional qualification (RICS desirable).

They operate across multiple sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and residential, delivering refurbishment, fit-out, and new-build schemes. They are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join their expanding team.
