We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing FMCG / Fresh Produce organisation based in Maidstone. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for someone who can lead key customer accounts, drive commercial strategy, and deliver strong sales, volume, and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow major retail / customer accounts
  • Deliver category strategy and data-led commercial plans
