Are you ready to lead the commercial engine of a fast-growing manufacturer in the booming health and wellness space?

This is a rare opportunity to join a trusted, BRC-accredited UK business at a pivotal stage of expansion — both in the UK and internationally. AstheCommercial Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial strategy, lead a focused team of four, and report directly to the Managing Director as part of the senior leadership team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and lead commercial strategy across the UK, Europe, and North America — driving growth and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor a team of four across sales, account management, and business development.
  • Grow B2B revenue streams across sports nutrition, food & drink, own-label and co-pack customers.
  • Lead on strategic partnerships, pricing, contracts, and channel expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, NPD, and operations to align commercial goals with delivery capability.
  • Report directly into the MD, contributing to broader business strategy and direction.
