Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a Commercial Manager or senior Quantity Surveying position.

Responsibilities

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a permanent opportunity based in South East London. This position offers a salary of £63,000 plus a 10% market uplift for the first year, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, subject to business requirements.

Working within a social housing maintenance environment, you’ll take ownership of the commercial function, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and ensuring contracts deliver maximum value and commercial performance.
