Commercial Manager - RC Frame/Gwks/Demo Projects - Central London - £120k

The company is a highly regarded specialist civils subcontractor covering RC frame, groundworks and demolition projects. Based in Central London, the firm has a turnover of £110m and works on complex schemes up to £30m.

The Role

As a senior commercial professional, you will report to the Commercial Director and have the option to manage a number of surveyors or simply manage schemes. You must bring experience on complex subcontract packages.

Requirements

• Degree qualified and a minimum of 8 years commercial experience with an RC frame, groundworks or demolition contractor.
