Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual management for a major Midlands project within a multi‑billion‑pound portfolio.
• Develop and implement commercial strategy, cost forecasting, and risk management frameworks.
• Manage contracts, change control, procurement strategy, and supply chain negotiation.
• Work closely with project leadership to drive financial performance and project success.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring robust governance and reporting.
• Provide strong leadership to commercial and QS teams.

About You

• Demonstrable commercial management experience within a contractor environment.
• A track record of delivering major or complex projects—civils, infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors advantageous.
• Strong contractual knowledge (NEC preferred).
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and a solutions‑focused mindset.
• The confidence and capability to operate in a high‑profile, fast‑moving project environment.
