Commercial Manager (Heavy Civils)

Permanent position located in London – West Ruislip or North Acton. Hybrid – minimum 3 days a week in the office. Salary £60,000 – £74,000 DOE plus development, training and excellent benefits.

We are a nationally recognised organisation managing a multi‑billion‑pound NEC contract for the UK’s largest ever infrastructure project. As a Commercial Manager you will administer the contract, oversee cost control, negotiate and resolve disputes, and support the delivery of a large civil‑works asset.

Role responsibilities

  • Negotiate and resolve disputes following NEC procedures.
  • Provide change management support for contract amendments.
